Cajun Chicken with Apricot Quinoa

Ingredients

 

The Main Event (Allergens in Bold)

 

Chicken Breast, Quinoa, Apricots (Contains Sulphites), Puy Lentils, Red Onion, Chicken Stock (Contains Celery Seeds), Rapeseed Oil, Fresh Coriander, Spring Onion, Cajun Spices (Contains Mustard)

 

The Extras

 

Dried Apricots (Contains Suphites), Cajun Pistachios (Contains Nuts), Coriander

 

How To Cook

 

First things first - please defrost by placing me from freezer to fridge the night before eating (take us out of our super frozen state that has locked in the colour, taste and nutritional values to perfection).

 

Slide off my sleeve and remove my lid (it is not microwavable!). Add 2 tbsp of water and cover. Microwave me for 5 minutes (800w) stirring halfway. Stir well and leave me to stand for 1 minute. Chop up my extras and arrange in an artistic fashion.
