Spicy Bean Chilli w/Brown Basmati Rice

Ingredients

Chopped Tomatoes, Brown Basmati Rice, Black Beans, Red Kidney Beans, Red Onion, Carrots, Pinto Beans, Butter Beans, Button Mushrooms, Lime Juice, Celery, Red Pepper, Yellow Pepper, Coriander Leaves, Rapeseed Oil, Chilli Powder, Garlic, Cumin, Red Wine Vinegar (Contains Sulphites), Vegetable Stock (Contains Celery), Smoked Paprika, Oregano, Bay Leaf.

 

The Extras

 

Cherry Tomatoes, Apricots (Contains Sulphites), Savoury Granola (GF Oats, Rapeseed Oil, Pecans, Pumpkin Seeds, Agave Syrup, NEAT! Blended Herbs & Spices).

 

How To Cook

 

First things first - please defrost by placing me from freezer to fridge the night before eating (take us out of our super frozen state that has locked in the colour, taste and nutritional values to perfection).

 

Slide off my sleeve and remove my lid (it is not microwavable!). Add 2 tbsp of water and cover. Microwave me for 5 minutes (800w) stirring halfway. Stir well and leave me to stand for 1 minute. Chop up my extras and arrange in an artistic fashion.
