First things first - please defrost by placing me from freezer to fridge the night before eating (take us out of our super frozen state that has locked in the colour, taste and nutritional values to perfection).
Slide off my sleeve and remove my lid (it is not microwavable!). Add 2 tbsp of water and cover. Microwave me for 5 minutes (800w) stirring halfway. Stir well and leave me to stand for 1 minute. Chop up my extras and arrange in an artistic fashion.
